Roadside assistance: what we can do for you
Many breakdowns can be fixed on the spot, without towing your vehicle. Our technicians come with a fully equipped mobile workshop truck, which can even drive down into underground car parks (such as Indigo car parks in Paris).
- On-site repair whenever possible.
- Battery test and replacement on site, with a 2-year warranty on the new battery.
- Flat tyre and puncture help.
- Locked out? We open doors without damage, and some keys can be reproduced.
- Electric vehicles: we test and replace the small 12 V battery on site. The main traction battery can only be handled in a workshop, and we do not offer on-site charging.
Tow truck near me: towing in Paris and beyond
If your vehicle cannot be repaired on the spot, we tow it to the garage of your choice. We handle cars, utility vans, and — with a heavy tow truck — vehicles over 3.5 tonnes. We also transport forklifts and small construction machines. If your vehicle is stuck in mud, we can recover it (up to 3.5 t, on quote only).
About the price: towing costs depend on distance, difficulty and other criteria. For a simple tow of a vehicle that can still roll, we can give you the price over the phone before we leave. Complex cases (blocked gearbox, underground car park, stuck vehicle) are priced after assessment.
Tyre change on site or at our workshop
Need a tire change? We carry a large stock of tyres, including 4-season tyres. Winter tyres with the 3PMSF marking can be supplied the same day through our wholesaler. We can fit them where you are, or at our workshop:

Opening hours: Monday–Thursday 9:00–18:00, Friday 8:00–14:00. The workshop is closed on Sundays and public holidays, but breakdown assistance and the mobile workshop keep running.

The 30-minute response time applies to Île-de-France only. Elsewhere, we will tell you on the phone when we can be there.
Important — motorways: we do not operate on French motorways (autoroutes), expressways (voies rapides) or the Paris ring road (boulevard périphérique). On these roads, use the orange emergency call boxes placed along the road, or call 112.
While you wait: safety first
- Switch on your hazard lights.
- Put on your high-visibility vest before getting out of the car.
- Place the warning triangle only if you can do it safely.
- Get all passengers out and stand behind the safety barrier, away from traffic.
